Building and teaching
I build apps with C#/.NET, Blazor, React and Azure. Through Build with GriebZ, I share practical AI projects in videos, talks and demos, and created the $20 AI Communication Starter Kit.
Earlier leadership
As an AVP, I led three directors and 170+ FTEs through a major acquisition while maintaining regulated service levels. That experience shapes how I approach delivery, operational risk and decisions that affect teams and customers.
